Design Art Caprice fence topper’s will help you create an attractive yard addition, define a garden or patio space and create a barrier for more privacy. • Fence Toppers are made of 1/8” (3.2mm) thick aluminum. All our products are double-layered with a powder coating (oven baked) for longevity and anti-rust protection. Screens made of aluminum protected by powder coating do not rust and built to withstand the harshest weather conditions. • Each fence topper panel comes standard with 0.2″ pre-drilled mounting holes around the perimeter. Holes are offset 0.5” from the edge to the center of the hole. The number of holes is determined by the length of panel that is purchased. These fence topper panels are designed to be framed into the wooden fence or could be screwed on top of the wooden frame (screws are not provided). • Alternatively, we can weld a 1″ tube as a frame around the perimeter with pre-drilled mounting holes that will allow the panels to be attached to the top of the fence without a wooden frame or posts. All of our products are made from scratch in 3-4 weeks once the order is placed, so we make products that fit your project. Feel free to send us your own image as well. We can re-design any design you like for your requested measurements. You will get a sketch for your approval prior production and you will be able to make any changes until the product meets your specifications. You can work with us and make changes at design until you are happy with a final result! Please note that all design work for a custom orders starts after you placed an order and its FREE for you. • Please note that aluminum may have sharp edges due to laser cutting. We deburr the sharp edges of laser cut panels/screens by grind away burrs with a ceramic disc. However, laser cut aluminum screens are decorative and are not for the children’s use and are not designed to be climbed on by children, adults or any other live beings. Alternatively, we can manufacture fence toppers from galvanized steel for a smooth, secure finish. • Once your package has been shipped you will receive a notification with the tracking number to your email. If you have a problem and can not track the package please don’t hesitate to contact us. * This product was designed and is made in Canada, using materials produced in the US or Canada. Return Policy and Shipping: * Please report any damage to item(s) shipped within 3 days of receipt. * Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. * Sorry, we do not accept returns or cancelation for custom orders. * All packages s are fully insured for damage or lost. Customer is responsible to filing a claim to UPS for damage or lost package. If the package is lost you will be refunded or we will ship it again. * The customer is responsible for any brokerage fees incurred when items cross the Canada to US border. * All our packages are signature required. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification and you can contact your local UPS office to request a delivery date and time that is convenient for you. * If packages can’t be delivered, and get returned to us, shipping will not be covered.
